Your responsibilities:

• Filling and packaging tubes and bottles
• Operating the necessary machines, equipment, and transport and auxiliary tools
• Careful and proper handling of all necessary materials
• Conducting quality checks on the materials used and the filled products
• Daily cleaning of machines and the immediate work area
• Recording and accounting for the tubes and bottles produced
• Internal transport of materials
• Proper labeling of the goods
• Safe and proper transport of finished goods

In this responsible position, you will support the Commercial Director in accounting and human resources. You will keep track of income, expenses, and finances, and assist with HR tasks.

The responsibilities of the Accounting/HR team:

• Accounts payable, including posting incoming invoices, monitoring and verifying postings, reconciling relevant accounts, and processing payments
• Accounts receivable, including posting incoming payments and monitoring due dates
• Asset accounting (recording additions and disposals)
• Conducting inventory valuation in the ERP system in connection with the monthly closing
• Conducting the monthly closing with the corresponding tax and statistical reports 
• Reporting and controlling analyses in connection with the monthly closing 
• Payroll and human resources
• Human resources

In the internal sales department, you’ll be in charge of everything, coordinating processes and working with production and logistics to ensure that our orders are fulfilled smoothly and on time. • Independent processing and fulfillment of customer orders in national and international markets
• Communicating with customers and shipping companies, as well as handling order-related correspondence in German and English
• Preparation of shipping documents and customs-related paperwork in accordance with the relevant country regulations
• Reviewing and processing freight and billing statements
• Monitoring and billing of packaging materials
• Maintenance and management of master data
• Preparation of statistical reports and analyses
• Close collaboration with related departments such as Production, Logistics, and Purchasing
• Providing support to the Purchasing department as needed, particularly with material orders

Requirements:

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and, ideally, experience with ERP systems
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• A structured, meticulous, and self-reliant work style
• Strong communication skills and a confident and friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset
