manufacturing toothpaste
Toothpaste is produced in a physical mixing process. All tested raw materials released by quality assurance are taken over by the formulation staff, tested for identity and exactly weighed in accordance to manufacturing guidelines. In pre-mixing containers, a suspension is first prepared from the largest part of the solid and liquid constituents. In closed pipes, the suspension is then fed to the processing equipment, where dyes, special active ingredients, aroma and the surfactant are added. After the specified batch running time has been completed, the laboratory of the Quality Assurance Department will receive a sample for testing. Only after the sample batch has been released, the toothpaste will be pumped into the storage bins from which it will finally reach the filling machines through a dispensing structure in closed pipes.
The packing of the tubes proceeds mostly automatically and is subject to permanent electronic and personal monitoring. In specified intervals, random samples are taken from the continuous process for testing by quality assurance and stored as reference samples.
After successful completion of all quality tests, the finished product is released for shipping.
manufacturing mouthwash
Mouthwash is also manufactured in a physical mixing process. The tested and released raw materials are taken over by the formulation staff along the lines of toothpaste manufacturing, tested for identity and exactly weighed in accordance to manufacturing guidelines. After 3-5 days of aging, the mouthwash is filtered and kept in storage bins until filling.
After release by quality control, the mouthwash is pumped to the filling machine in closed pipes. Filling proceeds automatically; the machine staff checks that the specified filling quantity is maintained. Filled bottles with coded batches are taken at certain intervals, checked by quality assurance and also stored as reference samples. After successful completion of all quality tests, the finished product is released for shipping.
Finished product logistics
Finished product logistics concentrates on the area where the merchandise is received in the finished product warehouse until it is delivered to the customer. Even in this area we work sustainably and under ecological aspects. Negative environmental impacts cannot always be prevented completely, but certainly reduced. For this reason, we focus on cooperation and have been collaborating for many years with a regional logistics partner that takes over the storage and shipping of the finished product for us. Thus, our products always reach our customers in an efficient way.
