Toothpaste production
Toothpaste is manufactured in mixing and dispersion processes from raw materials in powder form, such as calcium carbonate and silicic acids, and in liquid form, such as sorbitol and glycerine. A manufacturing specification stipulates the sequence in which the individual raw materials have to be added. There are premixing and main mixing processes. The toothpaste batches are mixed in a vacuum and homogenized until the predetermined quality parameters are attained. |

Toothpaste packaging
The finished toothpastes are transported through piggable pipes using rotary pumps. The tooth pastes are then filled into tubes or dispensers in the toothpaste packaging sector. A modern automatic machine packages the tubes into display cartons. |

Mouthwash production
Mouthwash is manufactured by mixing water, ethyl alcohol, flavours and active ingredients in accordance with a precisely defined manufacturing specification. The mixing process is carried out in an explosion-proof room. The product is kept in preparation basins for several days for ripening purposes. After this specified period, the preparation is filtered, transported to a bottling facility and packaged. |
